Shape the Future of Walking and Biking in Contra Costa
TRANSPAC is looking for a Central County resident to serve as its citizen representative on the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (CBPAC).
The CBPAC advises CCTA on micromobility, scooter/bikeshare, bicycling, and pedestrian issues and helps CCTA carry out its responsibilities as a congestion management agency as it shapes funding decisions for public benefit. Serving on the committee is a meaningful way for a resident to contribute to safer, better-connected communities across the county.
The committee is made up of 13 members appointed from agencies across Contra Costa County, including one citizen and one staff representative from each of the four Regional Transportation Planning Committees, of which TRANSPAC is one.
